Shipping & Local Pick Up

All products are shipped through USPS and will include insurance and tracking with a flat rate of $7.95. Stickers and orders over $100 will ship for free. 

Dogwood Design Company is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping or after delivery. 

Free local pick up is available at Whimsy Gift Shoppe in downtown Palmer, Alaska. Orders are typically dropped off within 3 days. A notification will be sent when the order is ready. If you enter your email, please keep an eye on your junk folder. Orders must be picked up within 5 days. Local pick up at Spunky Monkey in Wasilla can be arranged- Please send an email if this is preferred. Contact me if other arrangements are needed.
